returned for consideration CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 230(FIN) am "An Act establishing the film office                                                                
in the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic                                                                          
Development; creating a transferable tax credit applicable to certain                                                           
film production expenditures incurred in the state; and providing for

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on                                                                
concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clauses.
